Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the United States only. All orders are Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), which means they are packed, shipped, and delivered using Amazon’s trusted logistics network (Amazon Logistics, USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fees) and ask that you place a new order.

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at team@dazzleree.com We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

Is it free shipping?

Free Economy shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $45. For orders under $45, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped via our reliable logistics partners. If you need the products sooner, Standard and Express shipping upgrades are also available at checkout for an additional fee.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and handed to our carriers within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery then takes 5-8 business days via Economy shipping.

How will my order be shipped?

All our orders are fulfilled and shipped via our reliable logistics network (including USPS, UPS, and FedEx). You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What are your shipping costs?

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
