We currently ship orders within the United States only. All orders are Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), which means they are packed, shipped, and delivered using Amazon’s trusted logistics network (Amazon Logistics, USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

 

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fees) and ask that you place a new order.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
Is it free shipping?

Yes. Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is free on all U.S. orders of $35 and up. For orders under $35, Standard shipping is $7.90. If you need your order sooner, Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for $18.95.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and handed to our carriers within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery then takes 2–4 business days with Standard shipping or 2–3 business days with Expedited shipping.
How will my order be shipped?

All our orders are fulfilled and shipped via our reliable logistics network (including USPS, UPS, and FedEx). You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What are your shipping costs?

Standard shipping is free on orders of $35 and up and $7.90 on orders under $35. Expedited shipping is $18.95. See the delivery options table above.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
